Wydawnictwo Edukacyjne RES POLONA Spółka z o.o.
powstało w 1990 roku, w Łodzi. Rozpoczęło działalność
wydawaniem bogato ilustrowanych publikacji o charakterze
edukacyjnym dla dzieci i młodzieży oraz encyklopedii
i poradników tematycznych. Spośród 500 wydanych dotychczas
tytułów, największą część stanowią podręczniki i książki
uzupełniające do szkół oraz poradniki i materiały metodyczne
dla nauczycieli. W ciągu dziesięciu lat działalności,
osiągnęło rangę największego wydawnictwa łódzkiego i
ugruntowało swoją pozycję, zajmując jedno z liczących
się miejsc wśród krajowych wydawnictw szkolnych. Ze
względu na charakter wydawanych publikacji, dbając o
ich wysoki poziom edytorski i merytoryczny Wydawnictwo
ściśle współpracuje ze środowiskiem nauczycielskim,
naukowym i artystycznym. Nasz dorobek prezentujemy,
organizując konferencje, warsztaty, spotkania autorskie,
konkursy, a także biorąc udział w najważniejszych targach
krajowych i zagranicznych oraz regionalnych przeglądach
edukacyjnych.
Na bieżący rok szkolny
oferujemy 170 tytułów, których dystrybucją zajmują się
wyspecjalizowane hurtownie, mające pełną ofertę wydawniczą
i stałą ekspozycję naszych książek.
Kontynuacja już zaczętych
prac nad seriami wydawniczymi, opracowywanie nowych
programów, podręczników i ich obudowy metodycznej, poszukiwania
nowych form prezentacji to ambitne plany na najbliższą
przyszłość Wydawnictwa Edukacyjnego RES POLONA.

RES POLONA Educational Publishers Ltd. was established
in 1990 as one of the first private publishing firms
in Poland. Among over 500 titles published till now
richly illustrated educational books for children as
well as hand-books and encyclopaedias make
a considerable part. Since many years the most important
scope of the activity has been the publishing of text-books,
supplementary books for schools and methodical hand-books
for teachers. Actually in a sale there are 170 titles.
Since the beginning of its activity Res Polona takes
an active part in all domestic and chosen international
book fair. Taking into consideration the nature of the
publications the publishing house cooperates closely
with the centers of the teachers' accomplishing and
the other educational institutions. The specialized
wholesale firms dealing with the distribution of books
possess both a full publishing offer and the current
exhibition of Res Polona' s books.
Der Res Polona Schulbuchverlag
entstand im Jahre 1990 als einer der ersten, privaten
Verlage in Polen. Bis heute wurde gut 500 Titel
herausgegeben, darunter reich illustrierte, pädagogisch
orientierte Kinderbücher, Ratgeber sowie thematische
Enzyklopädien. Im Mittelpunkt des Verlagsprogramms stehen
seit vielen Jahren Schulbücher, Erweiterungsmaterialien
und Lehrerbände mit methodischen Hinweisen. Zur Zeit
sind 170 Titel lieferbar. Res Polona nimmt von Anfang
seiner Tätigkeit an aktiv an allen inländischen und
ausgewählten ausländischen Buchmessen teil. Der Verlag
arbeitet seines Verlagsprogramms wegen eng mit Lehrerfortbildungszentren
und anderen Bildungsstätten in ganz Polen zusammen.
Spezialisierte Großhandlungen, die sich mit dem Vertrieb
von Büchern beschäftigen, bieten das komplette Verlagsangebot
an Schulbüchern und sonstigen Ergänzungstiteln und präsentieren
die Titel von Res Polona in Dauerausstellungen.
